..Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to accord permission for 200 members to participate in the reception and 100 members for the marriage, of the petitioner's daughter to be celebrated at "Sangamithara Conventional Centre, situated at Morattandi, Pattanur, Villupuram District in the Pondicherry-Tindivanam Highway on 1st and 2nd of July 2020 on strictly maintaining the guidelines regarding social distancing and maintenance of hygiene over the permission sought by the petitioner dated 01.06.2020 and pass necessary orders.

ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
