ORDER

The present miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the following persons viz., 1. Vijaya, age 53, Daughter, 2. Padma, age 51, Daughter-in-law, 3. P.Sanjeevi, age 27, Grand Son, all are Residing at Vinayagapuram Thengapalayam Pirivu Road, Athanur P.O. Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Appellant viz., Pavayee and rank them as Appellants 3 to 5 in the above SA No.575/2015 on the file of this Honble Court.

2. Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that he has no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into account that the learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection in allowing the present petition, C.M.P.No.16441 of 2022 stands ordered and the petitioners 3 to 5 are ordered to be brought on record as appellants 3 to 5 in the second appeal. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 18-07-2025 (1/2) kak Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments on or before 08.08.2025.
