(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.T.Dharani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that steps would be taken to remove the encroachment, if any, made on the land in S.No.289/7 in Veppankullam, Thirukazhukundram, Chengalpattu District, in accordance with law and after adhering to the principles of natural justice.

3. In view of the said statement, no orders are required to be
