2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 117 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed. 07.06.2023 srn Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
