O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 27.02.2010 passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/11972/09 and consequently direct the parties herein to adjudicate their claim relating to title of the properties measuring to an extent of 00372sq.meter comprised in Natham Survey No.32/8, T.Palur Village, Ariyalur District before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Civil Court.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, on instructions, submitted that there is a civil suit in O.S.No.113 of 2005 with regard to the issue involved herein and the same is pending consideration before the Sub Court, Ariyalur. 3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the parties to agitate their respective claims in the Civil Suit pending before the Civil Court concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
