ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.107 of 2022 dated 17.05.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the second respondent has lodged the complaint against the petitioner for recovery of money of approximately 2.05 Crores allegedly defrauded by the petitioner. The transaction between the petitioner and the second respondent is purely money transaction. The second respondent is trying to give civil dispute in to criminal colour. Therefore, the FIR in Crime No.107 of 2022 dated 17.05.2022 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed.

4. However, the second respondent is at liberty work out his remedy before the competent Court for recovery of money said to have been paid to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
