O R D E R

(delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to forbear the respondents 2 and 4 from interfering with the running of petitioner's bunk shop at No.15, Wallace Garden 2nd Street, near VGN, Thousand Light, Chennai - 600 006, Ward - 111, Zone -9.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the the respondents 1 and 4 brought to the notice of this Court that the Government has constituted Vending Committee vide G.O. (4D) No.5, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 05.10.2016 and the Vending Committee will take care of the issues relating to allotment as well as the representation of the vendors.

3. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Vending Committee to redress her grievance, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
