The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to do further investigation in Cr.No.397/2018, on the file of the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.350 of 2020 and it is pending before the Trial Court.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
