The present Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sought for difference of terminal benefits and pension arrears with interest and to revise the family pension to the petitioner along with arrears and interest as per G.O.Ms.No.313, Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 25.10.2017.

3. It was submitted at the time of final disposal that the matter is covered by a judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in respect of similarly placed person. This Court has also followed the judgment of this Court and passed an order on the same lines.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the claim of the petitioner is slightly different and therefore, the order passed in this Writ Petition should be reopened.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file a counter in this matter.

6. Considering the fact that the matter is not covered one, the order passed in W.P.No.10624 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 is withdrawn and the matter is reopened for further adjudication.
