ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to measure and survey the property situated in S.No.60/6, New S.No.60/6A2, 60/6A3 at Ragavan Pettai, Paanampattu Village, Villupuram District and mark boundaries as per the title deed and further direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta to the whole of the property possessed and owned by the petitioner as per the title deed.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.07.2018 with a request to survey the petitioner's property and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.
4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4
25.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and issuance of patta in S.No.60/6, New S.No.60/6A2, 60/6A3 at Ragavan Pettai, Paanampattu Village, Villupuram District on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
