The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.09.2016 made in I.A. No.1111 of 2016 in O.S. No.50 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the fair and decretal order dated 08.09.2016 made in I.A. No.1111 of 2016 in O.S. No.50 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram.

2. The Revision Petitioner and the 6th respondent are present in Court along with their respective counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has given up notices to the respondents 1, 2, 3 & 4 and insofar as 5th respondent is concerned notice served but none appears on his behalf.

4. The matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and it is reported that both parties have entered into an agreement and have abided by the said terms and conditions of the agreement. Both the parties have agreed that they were aware about the contents of the compromise memo entered into between them. The Joint Memo of Compromise Memo dated 14.03.2018 shall form part and parcel of this order.

5. Recording the said compromise memo, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
