Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the second respondent herein by proceedings Proc.No.B2/35803/2020 dated 17.06.2021 published the panel for forester fit for promotion as Forest Range Officer for the year 2020-2021 qualified as on 15.08.2020 and quash the same to a limited extent for non-inclusion of the petitioner and to issue consequential directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Forest Guard on par with his junior, Thiru Ganesan and in the post of Forester and on that basis include his name in the panel for the year 2020-2021 for promotion as Forest Ranger and promote him as such notionally from the date of promotion of his immediate Junior Ganesan with consequential benefits.
