ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash an order passed in Appeal Petition in A.P. No.3/2012 dated 24.5.2016.

In this writ petition, the petitioner temple represented by the Hereditary Trustee has challenged the impugned order dated 24.05.2016 by the first respondent bearing reference No.A.P.No.3/2012 where by order dated 06.06.2011 passed by the petitioner herein suspending the second respondent from service has been reversed.

The petitioner had attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2022 and has been relieved from the service. A copy of the order passed by the third respondent herein dated 31.07.2022 bearing reference No. Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.79/2021/A5 has been filed. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous in the light of the subsequent development. 4.
