This writ petition is filed seeking direction for the respondents herein to reimburse a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner's husband late Mr.K.Srinivasan for undergoing Cataract Survey on 09.05.2007 and pay interest @ 12% for delayed payment of Rs.25,000/- from 07.09.2007 (date of sanction) till the date of disbursement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and the Learned counsel for the respondents is also present.

3. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and requested liberty to file a fresh representation through the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. 2/4

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to file a fresh representation in case if the cause survives. No costs.
