(Order of the Court made by T.RAJA,J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner/ proposed respondent submitted that in a similar writ appeal as that of the Writ Appeal in W.A. No.1903 of 2018, impleading petition has been allowed by impleading the petitioner as one of the necessary parties by the Hon'ble First Bench.

Since in a similar writ appeal as that of W.A. No.1903 of 2018, the impleading petition has been allowed, this petition to implead the petitioner herein as third respondent in the above writ appeal is allowed.
