JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.) 1.Ms.R.Hemalatha, who appears for the appellant, says that the tax effect is less than the monetary limit fixed, in that behalf.

1.1.It is, thus, stated by the learned counsel that she has instructions to withdraw the captioned appeal. 2.Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the pending application is also closed.
