This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in preferring the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.K.P.Ashok, learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondent, expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 5 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the main revision petition, if it is, otherwise, in order and the list the matter along with C.R.P.No.1378 of 2025. Further, print the name of Mr.K.P.Ashok, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
