ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.10.2023 vide E-Challan 1/4

No.20231019006221 dated 19.03.2023 to survey the petitioner's land measuring 30 cents out of 77 cents comprised in Survey No.518/1 situated at Ammeri Village, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an application on 19.10.2023 with a request to survey the land, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application to survey the property measuring 30 cents out of 77 cents comprised in Survey No.518/1 situated at Ammeri Village, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
