Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 05.12.2017 to conduct a peace committee meeting by calling all the members of a Lorry owners association in Mecheri for loading from JSW Company and to restore the sharing system which was existence earlier.

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 05.12.2017, wherein and whereby the petitioner Association sought for conducting Peace Committee meeting, by calling all the members of the Lorry Owners Association in Mecheri for loading from JSW company and to restore the sharing system.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. The grievance of the petitioner-Association is that even though there are two associations, the Peace Committee Meeting held earlier on 04.12.2017, the petitioner - Association was not given notice to participate in the same. Therefore, the petitioner Association wants another Peace Committee Meeting to be held, thereby inviting all the concerned persons namely the two lorry associations, to arrive at an just and appropriate settlement between the parties.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
