Meanwhile, due to miscommunication between the lower Court counsel and the petitioner, this petition has been filed. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the present Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
