The above Civil Revision Petitions were disposed by this Court on 05.03.2019. This Court has remanded back the R.C.O.P.No.61 of 2013 to the learned Rent Controller and directed to dispose the said R.C.O.P on merits and in accordance with law within in a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The learned Principal District Munsif, Salem requested extension of time to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.61 of 2013 because the entire material records of R.C.O.P.No.61 of 2013 was received from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem only on 27.06.2019. 3.Considering the above, the learned Principal District Munsif, Salem is directed to dispose the said R.C.O.P within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Therefore the time is extended another three months to dispose the same.
