2. The Detenue, viz., Loorthumary is produced by the 1st Respondent / Inspector of Police, Cheyur Police Station, Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District.
The Detenue, viz., Loorthumary's Date of Birth is 15.04.2000, which is fortified by the xerox copy of the S.S.L.C. Certificate produced by her and she is a Major / Adult. When this Court interacted with her, she informed that ten days ago, she got married to one Tamilarasu, aged about 23 years and studied up to 10th Standard. According to her, she has studied 1st Year B.Com at PKR College, Gobichettipalayam and her husband, viz., Tamilarasu is working in Baniyan Factory at Mangarasuvalayapalayam, Tirupur District and earning a weekly salary of Rs.3,000/-, [Rupees Three Thousand only], at present, she along with her husband are residing at Gobichettipalayam and her marriage with the Petitioner took place at Pariyar Amman Temple, Thirupur. she also has expressed her desire to go along with her husband, viz., Tamilarasu [4th Respondent in the present Habeas Corpus Petition].
3. Considering the fact that the Detenue, viz., Loorthumary is a Major / Adult, this Court is of the earnest opinion that she can adopt her own further course of action. Viewed in that perspective, this Court permits her to go along with her husband, viz., Tamilarasu and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
