ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 326 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.219 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with A1 and A3 have attacked the defacto complainant's son with deadly weapons, in which the defacto complainant's son lost his thumb finger and also suffered severe injuries. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused persons waylaid the defacto complainant's son and assaulted him with deadly weapons and caused severe injuries in head and hands. The defacto complainant's son also lost his thumb finger. He further submitted that injured has been discharged from hospital. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner has nine previous cases similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.In view of the heinous nature of offence and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has involved in nine previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
