O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015.

2. On perusal of the representation, it is seen that the petitioner requested the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of the cases in Crime No.55 of 2014 registered in the Madathukulam Police Station, Crime No.83 of 2014 registered in the Kudimangalam Police Station and Crime Nos.240 and 245 of 2014 registered in Udumalpet Police Station to the CBI enquiry.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in four cases and the accused has no say in the investigation done by the investigation officer. Therefore the representation dated 11.02.2015, sent by the petitioner cannot be considered and this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation done by the Investigating Officer.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
