When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the challenge in the present writ petition has been made against the acquisition proceedings. However, the compensation amount itself has been paid to the petitioner long back and that might be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
