ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.02.2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 376(1)(f) (i)r/w 375 of I.P.C and Section 6 r/w 5(ii)(1)(n) of POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.4 of 2016, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sexually assaulted the minor victim girl, thereby she became pregnant. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application by stating that the petitioner had committed sexual assault on the minor victim girl and thereby she became pregnant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
