ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.05.2015 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 03.08.2015.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by registered post and on such receipt, the petitioner is directed to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
