(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c) for the respondents.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he had preferred a representation dated 11.02.2019 to respondent No.2 in relation to the removal of obstruction in the cart track in Survey No.5 of Ward H, Block 2 of Pollachi Town.

3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner stated that he is restricting his prayer only to a direction being issued to respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2019.

4. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) for the respondents stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2019 will be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned.

5. In view of the above facts, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
