Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.190/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and release the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the main appeal in Crl.A.No.190 of 2021 against S.C.No.100/2017, on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.190/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.190/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for bail after sometime.
