ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1729 of 2020 from the third respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that third respondent has not yet traced out the vehicle which was connected with the

accident. However, the third respondent is about to trace out the vehicle.

3.Considering the above submission, at this juncture, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.1729 of 2020. Therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
