O R D E R

(delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the Show Cause Notice, dated 28.04.2017 issued by the second respondent under Sections 220 r/w 222 of the CCMC Act, 1919, a reply has been sent by the petitioner on 11.05.2017.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider her reply within a time frame.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 11.05.2017, pursuant to the show cause notice issued and pass appropriate orders on merits and as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
