ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case and investigate on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.11.2021 in C.No.737/CCP/ COP/Visitors/2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the complaint has been given FIR has not been registered till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police had registered the FIR, enquiry conducted and closed the complaint on 16.03.2022.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner for further action. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as per law to pursue his grievance. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
