This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 05.05.2015, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-opearte with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
