This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction upon the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.1032 of 2012, in a time bound manner. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, as this Court has taken a consistent stand that, without knowing the workload of the Trial Court, the direction, as sought herein, could not be issued.

The Civil Revision Petition fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
