ORDER

The revision petitioners are the first and second defendants in O.S.No.135 of 2002 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at

Thittakkudi. The first respondent herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.135 of 2002.

2. The revision petitioners suffered an interim order of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Thittakkudi, dated 06.09.2002, passed in I.A.No.582 of 2002 in O.S.No.135 of 2002.

3. Aggrieved against the said order, the revision petitioners filed an Appeal in C.M.A.No.39 of 2003 before the learned Principal Sub-Judge at Vridhachalam.

4. The Appellate Court rejected the Appeal in C.M.A.No.39 of 2003 on 09.07.2004, confirming the interim order granted by the Trial Court.

5. Now, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Judgment dated 09.07.2004 made in C.M.A.No.39 of 2003, on the file of the learned Principal Sub-Judge at Vridhachalam.

6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

7. Taking into account the fact that the suit is of the year 2002, this

Court directs the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Thittakkudi, to dispose of O.S.No.135 of 2002, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the above direction, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.08.2015 ogy Note : Issue order copy on 31.08.2015 To
