This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.456 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 07.12.2017 in nominating Dr.R.Gnanasambandam from and among the members of the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council, Lloyds II Lane, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014/ 5th respondent herein as President.

2. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent would state that the 2/5

petitioner has challenged the nomination of President in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council and the petitioner also passed away. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
