PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to produce

the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Kaaviya, aged about 15 years before this Court and handover her from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent.

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) Complaining that the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 15 years, went missing and suspecting that she is under the illegal custody of the fourth respondent herein, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, the third respondent police have secured the minor girl and produced her before us. When we interacted with the girl, she expressed that she intends to reconcile with her parents and live under their care and protection.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
