Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to inspect the petitioner's tar plant comprising Survey No.232/1D, Athanur Village, Vikaravandi Taluk, Villupuram District and issue a quality certificate in favour of her to participate in tender schedule to open on 28.12.2017 and issue a tender notification by the 2nd respondent dated 20.11.2017 and considering the representation send by the petitioner dated 13.12.2017 and remaining dated 15.12.2017 and on merits. The petitioner seeks for the following relief: To direct the respondents to inspect the petitioner's tar plant comprising Survey No.232/1D, Athanur Village, Vikaravandi Taluk, Villupuram District and issue a quality certificate in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
favour of the petitioner to participate in tender scheduled to open on 28.12.2017 and issue a tender notification by the 2nd respondent dated 20.11.2017 and considering the representation sent by the petitioner dated 13.12.2017 and remaining dated 15.12.2017 and on merits.
2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that on 21.12.2017, inspection has been conducted and a certificate is also issued to that effect to the petitioner.
