Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019 wherein these petitioners requested the respondents 1 to 4 herein to permit the petitioners alone to perform the fixing of the Kalasams to the
Car after the same being taken in possession and after performance of pooja and to receive the Honour during the 15th day of the "Annual Festival" otherwise called as "Chithirai Festival" every year being conducted in Arul Mighu Vella Kal Mariamman Temple, Devarayasamuthiram Village, Pothanoor, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting the interest of the 5th respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.
2. The petitioners seek for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider their representation dated 13.03.2019, wherein and whereby, they requested the respondents to permit the petitioners alone to perform fixing of the Kalasams to the Car and to receive the honour during the 15th day of the "Chithirai Festival" to be conducted in the month of April 2019 at Arul Mighu Vella Kal Mariamman Temple, Devarayasamuthiram Village, Pothanoor, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District.

4. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4 so far.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Thus, this writ petition is
disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.03.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners, the 5th respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 to 4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
