Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, praying to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned notification passed by the 1st respondent through paper publication in Advertisement No.3/2015-FCI-Category-III dated 16.02.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 & 2 to issue an order of appointment to the petitioner for the post of Assistant Grade III (Technical) and grant such other further relief a this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition filed by the petitioner in view of the pendency of the claim of the petitioner for being appointed to the post of Assistant Grade III(Technical) pursuant to the previous notification that was issued in the year 2012 in W.P.No.7659 of 2015. The said writ petition vide in W.P.No.7659 of 2015 is dismissed today i.e., 05.08.2024 by this Court holding that the petitioner does not possess the requisite qualification for the post of Assistant Grade III (Technical). Hence, the petitioner has no locus to challenge the impugned notification.
