Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017 to permit the petitioner's Mini Bus TCB-8523 to ply up to Government Medical College Hospital while ply on the route Tiruvannamalai Bus Stand to Vengayavelur, forthwith.

Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 20.06.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for permitting his Mini Bus TCB - 8523 to ply up to the Government Medical College Hospital, while ply on the route Tiruvannamalai Bus Stand to Vengayavelur.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
