Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 2.This writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2021 within a period of fifteen days from today. The petitioner is also given liberty to file additional representation if any, considering the fact that the current excise year comes to an end on 31.03.2022. No costs.
