ORDER

Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who today, produced a letter dated 3.2.2016, of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani, in Na.Ka.504/2015/A1, addressed to the Secretary, Adi-dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Chennai, as well as the affidavit of the District Collector

of Tiruvallur District, the respondent herein, dated 23.3.2016, wherein, it is stated among other things, that the local enquiry revealed that the petitioner belongs to "Kondhakulam" Community and not "Kondareddy" Community and therefore, the matter has been referred to the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

2.In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed and if the petitioner is aggrieved by any orders to be passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No costs.
