ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she attempted to contact her client to ascertain as to whether the matter has been settled or not, however, she is unable to get instructions from her client. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed that this petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before this Court, if the same cause of action continues. 2/4

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before this Court, if the same cause of action continues. Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Application is closed.
