O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2015 pending on the file District Munsif Court No.1, Hosur.

2. The petitioners/ plaintiffs filed the suit for declaration and also for consequential permanent injunction. According to the petitioners, eventhough the suit has been filed in the year 2015, so far the suit has not been disposed of by the trial Court. Hence, the present Revision has been filed.

3. In view of the order going to be passed in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4/6

4. Considering the limited prayer, sought in the revision, without going into the merits of the case and also the fact that the application is pending from the year 2015, the learned District Munsif, District Munsif Court NO.1, Hosur, is directed to dispose the O.S.No.127 of 2015, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
