ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa) & 4(1-A) of TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.42 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein, who has engaged the other accused to procure the brandy bottles in whole-sale from the TASMAC shop and sell it in black market, apprehends arrest by the respondent police.
