ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.01.2018 in W.P.No.35119 of 2007, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, challenging the order dated 29.01.2018 in W.P.No.35119 of 2007, the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has filed S.L.P.(C) No.16455 of 2018, during the hearing of which, the Supreme Court has tagged similar matters and by order dated 07.02.2020, has formulated certain issues and has referred the same for determination by an appropriate Bench. It is seen that as of today, S.L.P.(C) No.16455 of 2018 is pending on the file of the Supreme Court for being listed before the appropriate Bench.

Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, depending upon the verdict of the Supreme Court in the main matters.
