Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition (c) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Order dated 11.04.2022 made in Crl.OP.8004/2022 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D. LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Apprehending threat by the rival party the petitioner herein seeks modification of the bail petition instead of reporting before the respondent police.

2.Considering the fact that the final report has already been filed, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on appearance of summons.
