ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for Police protection.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute is between the petitioner and his wife. He further submitted that now, the petitioner's wife has left from the house. Therefore, there is no apprehension from his wife to the petitioner. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. However, this Court directs the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2019 and conduct enquiry after giving opportunities to both parties and take action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
