The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this petition has become infructuous and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
